Law firm Massey, Stotser & Nichols, PC is pleased to announce that three of the firm’s lawyers have been elevated to partner: Seth Cohen, Scott Hooker, and Monica Quinn.
Seth Cohen advises property owners and corporate clients in a breadth of transactions including the purchase or sale of assets, ownership interests, commercial real estate ventures and leases. For commercial real estate closings, he reviews title documentation, surveys, zoning reports, deeds, easements, insurance, and other closing documents.
Scott Hooker represents both plaintiffs and defendants in his civil litigation practice. The majority of his clients are on the insurance defense side, where he has handled a myriad of case types from initial pleading through trial.
Monica Quinn advises clients regarding estate planning, probate, conservatorships, and guardianships. In addition to her law degree, Monica also holds a LL.M. in Taxation that enhances her estate planning counsel to high-net-worth individuals.
