Monica Quinn was born and raised in the Birmingham, Alabama, area. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from Spring Hill College in Mobile, Alabama where she was a member of the varsity swim team. After graduating from Spring Hill in 2006, Monica attended Cumberland School of Law at Samford University where she graduated magna cum laude. She then attended Levin School of Law at the University of Florida where she received a LL.M. in Taxation. 

Monica enjoys swimming, hiking, and traveling. 

Monica’s practice areas include estate planning, probate and estate administration, elder law, conservatorships, guardianships, and business succession planning.
