Nichols’ expertise spans four certifications as a Domestic Relations Specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocacy, Mediator for General Civil Litigation and Domestic Relations, Mediator by the Alabama Appellate Courts, and Arbitrator by the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. His family law practice specializes in matters related to separation and divorce, child custody, alimony and child support, and property settlements. Additionally, Nichols provides mediation and arbitration services to lawyers pursuing resolutions outside of the courtroom on behalf of their family law clients.

Kee’s practice area is primarily civil litigation with an emphasis in insurance and corporate defense. Both residential and commercial construction litigation and insurance coverage analysis and litigation, as well as the defense of a variety of personal injury claims spanning products liability, construction accidents, motor vehicle accidents and premises liability. His litigation work includes significant state, federal and appellate court practice.
