Emily McClendon advocates for clients across a diverse range of family and matrimonial law matters, adapting her skills to understand and engage with each client’s needs during times of family transition. Her experience spans various legal matters, ranging from complex litigation to uncontested cases.

A lifelong resident of Birmingham, Emily earned her undergraduate degree in journalism from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and her law degree from Birmingham School of Law. She is certified as guardian ad litem and holds a certificate in financial accounting. Additionally, Emily is involved in the state and local bar associations and various organizations throughout her community.
