Daniel J. Wisniewski met his beloved wife, Abbyrae, on the front steps of the library of the law school he attended, George Mason University School of Law. They married at Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, and later relocated to Alabama to raise their three children near family.
Daniel primarily represents municipalities and individuals involved in civil litigation. Before joining the firm, he served in the Office of the Attorney General for the State of Alabama, drafting published opinions for the Opinions Division and representing the Alabama Department of Corrections in litigation. Daniel began his career practicing in Virginia, representing localities in matters involving land use, law enforcement liability, eminent domain, tax appeals, and general liability.
When not working, Daniel enjoys reading about American history, listening to podcasts, watching old movies, and spending time with his kids.
