Chesley P. Payne was born in Cleburne County, Alabama. When Chesley is away from work, he spends most of his time with his wife and two kids. 

Chesley enjoys providing legal services to property owners – both commercial and residential real estate – and businesses with counsel spanning from corporate contracts to civil litigation. He has continued to assist clients in these areas for the past several years.
