Kathryn Carver brings decades of real estate law experience to MSN. A native of Tuscaloosa, Alabama, she built her early career in the land title insurance business before earning her law degree and practicing in commercial and residential real estate matters. Kathryn’s professional background includes serving as a principal real estate attorney at a major Birmingham firm, founding and leading a real estate–focused practice, and representing clients across a range of real estate and title issues. Her experience encompasses complex property transactions, title matters, and long-term real estate strategy.
