Real Estate Closing Wire Transfer of Funds

For all amounts owed over $5,000 at closing, our office requires a wire transfer of funds. Please verify wiring instructions if you are required to bring more than $5,000 for closing by calling us at (205) 838-9000. MSN is not responsible for misdirected funds. Our wire instructions do not change and are only sent through our secure email system. Therefore, if you receive new wiring instructions on this closing, please notify MSN immediately by phone.
